NEW - Miller Stewart Property Management

In order to expand the existing services that the Firm offers to developer and landlord clients we have now launched our property management service from our Glasgow Office. At present with nearly 50 properties under management, the Firm aims to offer the complete property management service for clients wishing not to be involved in the day to day management and supervision of their properties. With experienced staff and the latest technology, the Firm hopes that the service will be avaliable at the new Arran Office within the next three months.

Miller Stewart can report a positive upturn in the property market in the three months to Feb 2010. We have experienced a sharp increase in demand for starter homes and buy to let properties. Our Estate Agency department has seen a greater consumer confidence and a greater number of enquiries all of which has all resulted in a substantial increase in the volume of viewers and house sales.
Miller Stewart Solicitors - Estate Agency Office in Inverness

Miller Stewart Solicitors shall shortly be opening a new Estate Agency Office which shall be located in the predestrian precinct in the town centre of Inverness. All properties shall be placed with HSPC and the Firm shall be working closely with the Highland Mortgage Company. The Office is part of the Firms continuing long term development into the Inverness and Moray Coast area.
Miller Stewart Solicitors purchase Arran Property

On the 25th Feb 2010 Miller Stewart Solicitors aquired Arran Property Estate Agents in Brodick Isle of Arran. The new branch will now market all properties with the Glasgow Solicitors Property Centre.

House prices rose strongly in January according to the Nationwide - normally the first of the major lenders to report on the property market. And it's not the only one suggesting a continued revival in the property market. But look behind the headlines and you can see what a huge hill we have still to climb to get back to more ‘normal' activity levels.
